LEAD TIME

Every item is made to order in our workshop. Our typical production lead time is 1–2 weeks for steel products and 2–4 weeks for brass products.

Orders with quantities over 20 items or custom specifications may require additional production time.

Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states via USPS Ground Advantage. The heavy packages might be delivered via UPS Ground. All packages are insured.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RETURN & DAMAGE POLICY

All sales are final. Each item is made to order specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label will be required in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier.

All shipments are fully insured. Once the required documentation is received and the claim is approved, we will remake and replace the damaged item at no additional cost.

Please note that damage claims cannot be processed if the original packaging has been discarded, as this documentation is required by the shipping insurance provider.

WARRANTY

We stands behind all of our products with a lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. We will repair or replace the defective product. Since each product will be exposed to a varying set of conditions, which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc., we do not warranty the finish of our products.

CUSTOM PROJECT

Should you need a custom product to meet your certain inquiries we will collaborate with you to create custom bronze or steel hardware to fit your needs. For more information about our custom capabilities, contact us.
There is no minimum order for designing a custom product.
